90 Days of Renewal

The world tells us that freedom is doing whatever you want, whenever you want, with whomever you want: to do your own will.

True freedom is to do God's will. Freedom is for worship, sacrifice, and love.

Exodus 90

Exodus 90 will again be offered for men across our parish community. This 90-day journey is built on three pillars:

  • Daily prayer

  • Intentional fraternity

  • Ascetic disciplines that help detach us from the noise and comforts that can dull our spiritual focus

Participants gather weekly for Eucharistic Adoration and brotherhood, and each man is paired with an “anchor” for mutual encouragement and accountability.

Libertas

For women, we are preparing an expanded devotional journey building on last year’s Libertas 40 challenge, running over the same period. This companion experience mirrors the spiritual aims of Exodus 90 while offering reflections, practices, and sisterhood support designed specifically for the women of our community.

The journey will:

  • Begin with last year’s psalm-based daily readings and reflections

  • Continue with daily reflections from 40 Days at the Foot of the Cross: A Gaze of Love from the Heart of Our Blessed Mother

  • Maintain the disciplines through Lent
