Exodus & Libertas
Walking Lent Together: Exodus (Men) & Libertas (Women)
Beginning Ash WednesdayThis Lent, our parish is offering two guided 40-day journeys to help men and women live Lent with purpose, prayer, and support.
Exodus for Men is built on daily prayer, fraternity, and simple disciplines, with weekly Eucharistic Adoration and encouragement/accountability along the way.
(The Exodus app has a cost; support is available if this is a barrier.)
Libertas for Women is a 40-day journey rooted in daily prayer, Eucharistic Adoration, and sisterhood, with reflections drawn from 40 Days at the Foot of the Cross.
(The Libertas app is free.)
Both journeys begin on Ash Wednesday. You’re welcome to join after Lent starts, but the heart of each journey is walking the whole season together. More details will be shared through parish communications. Please keep all participants in your prayers.
