We have so much to be grateful for at Christ the Redeemer Parish -and one of the greatest blessings is the way our community helps shape our future.

As part of the Parish Leadership Team, I work alongside a group of fellow volunteers who support Msgr Rick with planning, key decisions and parish oversight. We pray together, we discern together, and we lean on the wisdom of our community -that’s you- to help guide us.

That’s why the Parish Voice Survey matters. It’s a powerful way for every parishioner to share what’s on their heart. The survey helps us understand:

• How we’re feeling as individuals and as a parish, compared with our shared vision

• What’s going really well and what needs more attention

• Who we are as a parish community today (our demographics)

Our last survey in 2024 received around 780 responses, and Msgr Rick is hoping for a similar response this year. This time the survey is a little shorter, and we’re encouraging people to complete it online if possible.

The survey is open now, and I warmly encourage you to reflect and take the 5-10 minutes to complete it online (link below). Paper copies will also be available at St Gregory’s and St Bede’s from next weekend, and the survey will close at the end of the following weekend.

The survey is suited to anyone high‑school aged and over, and we’d love everyone in the household to complete it once. If you have any challenges completing it, please reach out to the parish office -we’re very happy to help.

Your information will be treated with care, and later in the year we’ll share the overall themes in the bulletin.

The more voices we hear, the better our decisions will be as we work together to fulfil our vision to:

Know Jesus personally • Grow as disciples • Go out to others with the Gospel message.
